bcaas per serving at a ratio of 2:1:1 (“2” for leucine and “1” for isoleucine and “1” for valine). why is that important? scientists have conducted numerous studies on bcaas and their ability to help muscles both during and after exercise. research supports a ratio of 2:1:1 because the body needs twice as much leucine as isoleucine and valine. most experts recommend 4-8 grams of bcaas per serving.
SUGGESTED USE
Mix one scoop with 12–18 ounces of cold water or with your favorite pre, intra and/or post-workout drink.

Returns it
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 working days from the delivery date.
